An innovative approach to data entry allows you to get up and running with a full valuation in one sitting. You get to choose how much information you wish to store about your belongings and data entry is mostly by pointing and clicking. You can even head off future family squabbles by designating an heir for each item. Best of all, the unique graphical interface really brings your inventory data to life.

Fully portable:
EasyInventory is completely portable – with a small file size it can be copied to and run from a USB key or can be used on other PCs without leaving any other trace of your activity (no installation is necessary). Strong encryption keeps information completely safe and secure.

Printed reports:
A range of printed reports is available, including a full item listing, a high-value item listing and a variety of summary reports.

Support for multiple inventories:
With EasyInventory there is no limit on the number of inventory files, so you can have one file for your main home, one for a holiday home, etc. Landlords can use EasyInventory to track multiple properties.

Quick backups:
Since an inventory that's lost with their possessions isn't much good, EasyInventory has a quick data backup feature. And because data files are encrypted they can be safely stored online or remotely.

Data is encrypted using US Defence-approved 256-bit AES.
