I'm the author of WebMerge, and I must say the review above is surprising given the glowing emails we get about the program every week. For the record, the WebMerge package includes 85 pages' worth of tutorial and reference info, and we also provide links to two comprehensive third-party tutorials within the package, at our web site, and in our discussion forum. All known issues with WebMerge are addressed with each release, and we've had zero bug reports in over a year. Not many software vendors can say that. I would be happy to help this customer, but he's never bothered to contact us. if you are into beta testing this is the product for you. simple functions don't work, virtually non-existant (read useful) help files, at the price a products costing three times as much that delivered on expectations would be cheap by comparison.rnGood potential - just a shame it has never been finished.
