Attention! Apple OS 10.3.6 update and PHR-100AC, 100AF, 250CC and 500BC hard driver enclosures:The recent OS 10.3.6 update causes above listed PHR Firewire400 hard drive enclosures fail to mount in Desktop. This problem does not occur in other Macally Firewire400 and Firewire800 enclosure models. If you are the affected user, please follow the instructions and download the utility and new firmware 4.70 file to correct the problem.
