The new Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) Router uses an existing NT/2K box to transparently serve standard Windows ODBC drivers to each of your Macintosh, PC and UNIX machines, enabling cross-platform database access.With ODBC RouterO, consistent deployment of your database software (even to Macs, field-laptops or work-at-home systems) becomes a matter of updating a single shared PC.Whether using MS-Excel to query a SQLServer, or running live reports in FileMakerPro off of mySQL, DB/2 and ORACLE, the new ODBC RouterO will lower your overall costs while greatly simplifying network administration.
