Microsoft's Natural Keyboard Pro is a great keyboard -- USB so it works on a Mac, nice feel, ergonomic key layout, standard "inverted T" cursor keys (unlike its predecessor), and a row of special "multimedia" keys across the top for doing things like launching a Web browser, changing audio CD tracks, and so on. Unfortunately, like most PC keyboards when used on a Mac, the MS Natural Keyboard Pro swaps the Command and Option keys from the positions Mac users expect them to be in. For this reason, we are in the process of developing a custom Mac driver for this keyboard that will not only address that issue, but provide customizable functionality for the multimedia keys.
