Transcogg software is an Amarok script to shrink your files (MP3 or OGG) before copying them to your devices. It reduces the quality of the tracks copied to the devices ( oggenc -q 0 ) You need a device that supports Ogg/Vorbis to benefit of this script. You have to ask Amarok to convert file "if possible" if you want the OGG files to be reduced..
