 X-Cart receives a big "F" from me because their demo is so locked down that it does not even work on my host provider, which more than meets all the other requirements of all other shopping cart apps that I've tried. The forums on their website are only available to customers, so there is no way to research the product, see what problems typical users are having with it, etc. It's like it's all some big, secret club that you have to pay $200 to find out anything about it. I would love to be able to actually review the features of the software, but I can't...without paying $200.
