logbook-zmqpush

A simple subclass of `Logbook`_'s ZeroMQ Handler and Subscriber classes which uses a ZMQ_PUSH socket on the handler connected to a ZMQ_PULL socket on the subscriber. This enables multiple processes to send logs to a central server.
