 Customer service from this company is non-existent. We had to replace our computer and wanted to move our programs from the old to the new. Everything went without a hitch except for the Cookbook Wizard software. Even after providing proof of purchase, they refused to help us with this situation. Their answer? "We have a deal for you, you can purchase the updated version." THIS COMPANY PROVIDES TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and for that reason, I am now a FORMER customer.
