 The "free trial" doesn't operate. When I paid for the software the installation code didn't work. Their phone number disconnects after a few seconds. I am trying to get my money back through the credit card company.

 This is a very solid software: I have shot out my resume and cover letter to 40,000 recruiters in less than 1 hour and I have got 4 telephone interviews in the next 24 hours. I have immediately received a number of automated replies and I am still receiving inquiries and confirmations or receipt of my resume. There are many cover letter templates available in this software and I have found one suitable to my profile. The resume templates are only 4... Perhaps more resume templates could further help the users. But the amazing thing is the email delivery and the number of delivery options. Very good product! Strongly recommended! Five stars from me too!
