 I have been using (or better said "trying to use") GoMail for nearly a year now. The concept is good and when it works it is good... BUT every time I want to run an email newsletter, it doesnt run and I have to contact their "Customer Support" (which is only via email). The send me some fix wheich works for the time being and then when I wnat to use the program again...I go thrught the whyole thing all over. If you want customer support and a program that is dependable, I woule look elsewhere.
