 Msgtag uses the same technique spammers use, to know when an e-mail's been opened. All modern e-mail programs like Thunderbird block it from working for that reason. Msgtag is hopelessly unreliable, causing constant confusion about whether an e-mail really hasn't been read, or was it just Msgtag failing once again? I paid for the Status version. After five months of persevering with it, I finally asked Msgtag for a partial or complete refund. They refused. Try the free version but *don't* waste any of your money like I did.
