 I run a 5 bedroom b & b and was forced to switch from "Guest Tracker" software, because it will no longer be supported. Compared to Guest Tracker, Rezovation is cumbersome to use. It is not easily programmed. It includes too many options that are not needed by smaller establishments, yet is inflexible for such things as whole house bookings. The reports look amateurish. I would not recommend this software.
