This utility loads a Bitmap into memory and allows it to be saved or appended as an Icon as long as it is in one of the following combinations: Format Windows Bitmap. Size 16 x 16 pixels. 32 x 32 pixels. 48 x 48 pixels. 64 x 64 pixels. 72 x 72 pixels. 128 x 128 pixels. 256 x 256 pixels. Colour Depth 1-bit - 2 Colours. 4-bit - 8 Colours. 8-bit - 256 Colours. 24-bit - 16 Million Colours.
