Regshot can snapshot the registry and an entire drive or portion of a drive before and after a given event and then compare the two snapshots to determine what has changed. This is especially helpful in determining where an application stores its data and what changes it makes to the local PC when it runs. Reports can be saved as plain text or HTML files for later use.
