Variable Baud

This code converts variables which is made with upper-leters only, into constants at compile time, if it is possible to be replaced. and generate .pyc file. This script is oriented to the compile time evaluation decreasing, the feature of Constants.

In Python, any variable can be re-bound at will -- and modules don't let you define special methods such as an instance's __setattr__ to stop attribute re-binding. This script allows you to manage constants in Python.

Sometimes you would want to create objects from various classes based on some condition (without using eval()). For example when parsing X(HT)ML files you want to handle some tags using specific classes. This script is an example in this sense.
