Smpte Time Code

MFFM MTC - a type II signal filter and C++ heirachy which controls and describes time code in two modes, INTEGER and DIGIT mode. INTEGER mode for math. manip. (+, -, *, /, etc.). DIGIT mode allows manip. of time digits (0:19:59 -> 0:20:09 click on tens)

This is a function that simulate the Alamouti Space-Time scheme and plot a BER vs SNR graph.

This project is a successor of the E-UAE Amiga emulation project, the goal is implementing Just-In-Time code compilation for PowerPC processors.
