Netsupport Dna Helpdesk

MyHelpdesk is a PHP/MySQL Helpdesk system appropriate for the Support Desk of small organizations. The system was originally based on the OneOrZero Helpdesk but with a different set of features.

A fully developed set of DNA sequence assembly (Gap4 and Gap5), editing and analysis tools (Spin) for Unix, Linux, MacOSX and MS Windows.

The thread of communication is stored in the database where a ticket number is assigned to a thread.It is possible to create template responses which can be used when replying to a ticket entry.Departments are setup to handle different areas of communication (help, sales, information, etc).
