The Systems Biology Workbench(SBW) is a simple framework for application intercommunications. It uses a broker-based, distributed, message-passing architecture, supports many languages including Java, C++, Perl & Python, and runs under Linux,OSX & Win32.

This is a set of Python classes that can be used to simulate dynamic multi-body systems. It used to be a project for studies. Now it is not being worked on anymore, but it is completely GPLized.
