Limited Store

This fix was mainly intended to be a sugestion for future versions of OSCom. Because the store name does not change often, the fix really is not worth the install but I listed anyways.

This is very simple, and will give you the flexibility of changing your store's width, and your store's background color's (both inside the store, and outside of the store) in an INSTANT!Currently, to change your store's width...etc, you have to go into all of the loose files in your oscommerce...
