Jsp Sequence Diagrams

POSA (Perl Objects for Sequence Analysis) provides an easy-to-use perl interface to handling raw ABI sequence trace files. For example: fasta can be extracted, sequence contigs can be build and putative SNPs and SBE primers can be easily generated.

t2prhd is a Perl script which generates simple diagrams that highlight relationships of sequence repeats detected by using a profile HMM in two sequences. Homology relations are identified on the basis of the phylogeny of repeats.
