This script makes sure your visitor doesn't exceed the maximum number of characters that you want to accept in a form.

Used for packing and unpacking RAS and MP2M files (the packaging system used in some games like Max Payne 2). I released this a while ago and it was used for mod developers when Max Panye 2 was big. It's here for archival purposes mostly.

Given a large one-dimensional array, this script breaks it into blocks of contstant length and compute min and max for each block, the so-called "peaks data".
