Disney Channel Kim Possible

This Simulink model simulates the entire transmission and reception of voice data of a traffic channel for GSM (TCH/FS)over a multipath fading channel, and it calculates the BER of the received signal.

The comb pilot aided channel estimation in ofdm modulation is considered. The power of pilot subchannels is under the control.The data experience frequency selective channel then the AWGN noise is added to make the situation worse. The bit error rate is ploted versus SNR.

This script simulates QPSK or 4-QAM modulation scheme in Rayleigh channel and compares it to theoretical limits.QPSK gives 3dB SNR degradation when compared to BPSK but twice as much throughput.I hope this will be helpful for students of wireless communication.
