D D Character Alignment

This project is meant to create standard XML format for D&D 3rd ed monsters/spells etc which later could be used togenerate output in various format. This should be also a central place for tools helping to work with this format.

D-finder is a bioinformatic search algorithm for the identification of D-sites in JNK interacting proteins. The algorithm is a combination of pattern matching and a hidden markov model (HMM) based on a training set of known JNK D-sites.
