Xcorr
The program takes the columns of an input matrix and calculates the auto and cross correlation of these columns using an fft method. The result is very similar to the xcorr function. This method could be used to evaluate the cross correlation of repeating code sequences, and other similar...

This code calculates the cross-correlation for specified time windows over the duration of two input signals. The time windows can be shifted by increments smaller than the time window length. The code is based upon the 'xcorr' function.

The correlation function calculated from one realization of an ensemble is inherently flawed since the expectation operation does not come into play. Hence it is important to have an idea of the variance in the correlation function.

Computes the Woody average by first aligning individual signals (corrupted by jitter) with the standard average. Uses xcorr to compute the lag and then re-averages the signals to get an improved estimate.Example included in help.Technique deteriorates at low SNRs.

Input: image, radius to blobs to be located, number of blobs to be located. Output: an image with 1 at the location of blob centers and 0 otherwise. This code operates by sequentially subtracting prototype functions from the image at the peak xcorr locations between the image and the prototype.

Everything was started some years ago - and the previous version was born 10x to dr. Ilia Iliev, technical University - Sofia and the modification of function "xcorr.m" by R. Losada included in the MATLAB 6.15 package. Unfortunately, I've erased the previous version by mistake so I am uploading...
