Calculate the distance from a point to 2-D polygon, and the point on the polygon closest to the point.This is based on the function made by Michael Yoshpe. Also include the test suggested by Eric Schmitz.

Crop upper/lower half-, and whole-circle sections in the center of a colour image. Optional move of cropped section inside the image and away from center.

This function finds the weighted center of the 3D image A. The weights are the pixel values of A. This can be used to locate objects in 3D medical images.
