Oscommerce Addon

This is a version of the Authorizenet module with the ability to accept the CVV number from the back of the customer's credit card

You can customize the receipt with a store logo and store addy. Although code would be prettier if you add the store addy to the logo image and save as 1 gif.

CVV for osCommerce MR2.Not tested on earlier versions.I wrote this contribution as the other CVV contributions don't work with MR2, this does. It may not work with whatever else the core developers do to MR3,4,5, etc.
