Medicine Interactions

PSIMAP is the Protein Structural Interactome MAP, a map of all the domain level protein-protein interactions in the Protein Data Bank (PDB). PSIsoft is an archive of the software used to generate and analyse PSIMAP.

The AutoHost Client is a program to automate the interactions with the Stars! AutoHost web site, as well as some other common actions such as making backups of turn files, launching Stars!, and dumping fleet and planet reports.

Uni-d is an tool that generates a J2EE application based on a XML description of the data and interactions. The generated beans are Hibernate3/ejb3 compatible, JBoss as an aplications server, JasperReports for reports and Tapestry for the web interface.
