Localizer Type Directional Aid

This is designed to be a visual aid for computer science students. It visually illustrates how several popular sorting algorithms work. It does NOT show overall efficiency, the algorithms have to be slowed down so students can see the swaps.

The Type-o-graph project has been written as a PHP function aimed to parse simple text and give 'Rich HTML' as an output, e.g. add quotes instead of inch sings ('), clue short words using tags and so on.
