Replacement for ups.php v.1.46, adding the ability to select in admin which UPS service types are presented to the customer as shipping method choices. Requires simple mods in two admin scripts. For use only with post-11/1/02 snapshots (new checkout).

This script prevents you from selecting the same choice when choosing from two different pulldown menus.
